Rebecca Claeys

Rebecca joined Odyssey House in August of 2020. Rebecca was born in Grande Prairie but grew up in the lower mainland. She returned to Grande Prairie in 2000 and has been calling it home ever since. Rebecca obtained her diploma in business management and spent over 13 years working in the banking and finance sector. After becoming a mother, of two beautiful girls, Rebecca discovered her true passion was working with young children and this revelation led her down a path of becoming an Early Childcare Educator. She continues to pursue her studies and is currently working towards her Early Learning and Childcare Diploma. Rebecca is extremely passionate about early childcare and focuses on being a positive contributor in helping Odyssey House attain its vision and guiding beliefs that every child has the right to live in a safe and protected environment which fosters optimum physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual and social growth.
